Roofing Supervisor/Estimator
We have a vacancy for Roofing Supervisor/Estimator.
This exciting and varied opportunity is offered on a permanent basis, either Employed or Self-Employed status. Applications will also be considered from experienced Roofers who possess excellent diagnostic and estimating skills and are looking for a less physically demanding challenge.
A very competitive salary is being offered (negotiable), depending on previous experience.
A brand new company van will be provided.
Commission on sales.
The role includes supervising the workforce to ensure all works are carried out to a professional standard.
Pricing / Estimating each potential project, providing the customer with a clear breakdown of costs and materials.
Managing the whole process from start to finish to ensure roofing contracts are completed quickly and efficiently with any problems addressed without delay.
The successful candidate will be working predominately from our South East London office.
, self-motivated, methodical with attention to detail and have excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills & a track record of negotiating & securing contracts are essential.
The candidate must be personable & able to establish long term relationships with clients to support future business growth.
A minimum of 5 years experience & previous experience of roofing is essential.
